Dalam memperkenalkan diri kita juga dapat menggunakan kalimat-kalimat sapaan (greeting) sebelum
memperkenalkan diri seperti sapaan dibawah ini:

Nastya : I think we never met before. Anyway, Hi! My name is Nastya. (Saya rasa kita tidak pernah
bertemu sebelumnya. Ngomong-ngomong, Hi! Nama saya Nastya.)
Handy : How do you do? (Apa kabar?)
Nastya : I'm a student. Do you stay around here? (Saya seorag pelajar. Apakah kamu tinggal disekitar
sini?)
Handy : I stay in Vinus apartement on fourth floor. (Saya tinggal di apartemen Vinus lantai 4.)
Nastya : well, that's nice! I also stay there on seventh floor. (Baik, saya tinggal disitu juga di lantai 7.)

Handy : Wow! we should meet then. Well, sorry Nastya, I think I can't stay any longer. it's nice to meet
you. (Wow, kita harus bertemu.Baik, maaf Nastya, sepertinya saya tidak bisa berlama-lama. Senang
berjumpa denganmu.)

I’d really like to be your E-pal. You sound really cool!
I guess I’d better tell you something about myself first. I’m 16 years old and I attend Thomas Edison
High School here in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. I have two brothers and two half sisters and I’m the
middle child. My father died a few years ago so my mother runs the house and the family business. My
father was a barista.
